How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 1 week for us to process your order before it ships.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
- UK: Standard shipping, free on orders over £100 (£5.99 otherwise), 5-7 business days
- EU: Flat rate £14.99, 7-21 business days
- Rest of world: Flat rate £23.99, 7-21 business days
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
What if my package is lost or arrives at the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering — we can't cover re-shipping costs for packages returned due to an incorrect address. If your order hasn't arrived after a reasonable time, contact us and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.
