Shipping & delivery policy
We will get your items shipped and delivered within 7 days.
All pre-order items will get their items shipped and delivered on the date/within 7 days of that has been mentioned on the order page. You will also receive a text confirmation and date of delivery sent to your number upon purchase of item.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out. To ensure you're completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Eligibility for Return

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

We can't accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
How to Make a Return

Package your items: Carefully pack the items you're returning.

Include your original receipt: To help us process your return quickly, please include a copy of your original packing slip or receipt in the package.

Ship the package: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
